Justin Treft - Director of Fixed Base Operations FWA I SMD

Justin is a Fort Wayne native that has worked at Fort Wayne International Airport since 2012. Starting with Regional Elite and transitioning to Atlantic Aviation, Justin made a name for himself as a Line Service Supervisor. He was one of the inaugural employees at Fort Wayne Aero Center and leads the charge on our safety and service culture. Justin is currently working to obtain his BA in Business Administration and is a proud husband and father.

Shawnee Hoy - Customer Service Specialist

Shawnee joined the Aero Center in 2021 and quickly picked up on all thing’s aviation related. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist others stems from her community volunteer work and customer service background. She graduated from North Side High School here in Fort Wayne and is an expert in all that Fort Wayne has to offer.

Matt Crabill - Line Service Supervisor

Matt joined the Aero Center team shortly after our Grand Opening in January of 2016. He is an Army veteran of 12 years, as well as a retired member of the Army National Guard. Matt started as a line service technician and has worked his way up through the ranks to become a key member of the leadership team. He is well-versed in AFQC practices and a safety regulations and policies. He is also proud husband and father. Matt is the reigning airport chili champion and a BBQ pitmaster!
